Monday and Friday pool training—from 6-7 at the Durban North Pool
Tues and Thurs 5:30am—6:45am – Please bring your running shoes and cozzies!
Wednesday training —meet at the club at 05:30 to load craft.
Saturday Park Run at 8am followed by surf session. The craft trailer for Sunday will be loaded after training.
